In all the years iv worked in the meat trade,i struggle to think of a time when the meat inspectors where scared to say anything to the plant . since the ovs"s have become managers the whole job has gone to pot.and its going to get a lot worse in my eyes
Well! really it needs to be jumped on before it gets any worse. But I don't suppose it will happen. The trade needs policing and if the ov's are not up to it then they really should go!!!
