VINTAGE BUTCHERS STEELS - WANTED BY AUSSIE COLLECTOR

G'day, i'm new to this site. I am an Aussie meat inspector, been in the job for over 35 years. I am a keen collector of steels. What we refer to in Oz as "fat bellied" steels. In particular WILLIAMS SMITHFIELD (pipe logo) steels and other WILLIAMS butcher related tools, eg. cleavers, knives etc.
